Joanna Wozniak-Brown, PhD, serves as the Assistant Director of Resilience Planning for the Connecticut Institute for Resilience and Climate Adaptation (CIRCA). In this role, she coordinates with local, regional, and state agencies; conducts climate adaptation and geography research; and provides planning expertise to CIRCA’s Resilient Connecticut project. She holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Studies from Antioch University New England and an M.Sc. from Johns Hopkins University in Environmental Planning.
