Mullin assisted in the research for the development of the state of Connecticut’s application for the National Disaster Resilience Competition as well as developing an index of mapping tools for coastal resilience. Ms. Mullin is now a graduate student at the University of Connecticut Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering.
