The afternoon will feature breakout topics and in-depth conversation with a broad cross-section of representatives from local government, academia, CT DEEP, non-profit environmental agencies, and representatives of the insurance, real estate, engineering and the construction industries, among others. Spotlight topics seek to discuss future flood risk implications for our state and ways in which to move forward with prudent private and public investments, protected natural and beneficial functions, and improved resiliency.
