Since CIRCA was founded in 2014, the Institute was required to submit a 5-year review to the UConn Academic Centers and Institutes Review Committee at the close of 2019.  CIRCA recently received the good news that the Office of the Provost is going to recommend to the Board of Trustees that CIRCA should be approved as an Institute of the University for another 5 years.  Congratulations to the team!
